Thumbtack Integration Terms of Service

These terms govern the Thumbtack Partner API integration operated by Parker Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric ("Parker Plumbing," "we," "us," "our").

Single-entity scope

This integration is for the internal use of Parker Plumbing only. There are no third-party end users. Parker Plumbing is both the client and the sole end user authorizing the integration. The integration's only purpose is to ingest our own Thumbtack lead data into our own internal customer relationship management (CRM) infrastructure so we can respond to customer inquiries faster.

Data handling

Lead data accessed via the Thumbtack Partner API is stored on infrastructure operated solely by Parker Plumbing. We do not share this data with any third party, do not resell it, and do not use it for any purpose beyond serving the customers who contacted us through Thumbtack. Data is retained for internal business and recordkeeping purposes in accordance with applicable New York State law (including the SHIELD Act).

No third-party authorization

Because Parker Plumbing is the only party using this integration, there is no third party authorizing access to their data. The standard "client" / "end user" distinction in the Thumbtack Partner API is collapsed into a single legal entity.

Termination

Parker Plumbing may revoke API access at any time by request to Thumbtack. Upon revocation, no further data is fetched from Thumbtack. Internal copies of previously fetched data are retained for our records consistent with normal business recordkeeping.
