Water Flow and Automatic Shut Off
We watch water flow for unusual use and shut the water off automatically when it is set up to.
Keep an eye on your Hudson Valley home's water, heating, cooling and power, whether you live there, travel or host short-term guests. We install the monitoring you choose, provide immediate alerts, and send monthly reports. We discuss your property with you on site and price installation for the work you select.

We watch water flow for unusual use and shut the water off automatically when it is set up to.
We place leak sensors near water heaters, laundry areas, mechanical spaces and other water-risk locations.
Temperature and equipment-status sensors show when a boiler or heating system is not behaving as expected.
AC readings show when a cooling system is not behaving as expected.
We monitor voltage or power loss at your property.
Oil-tank level information can be part of your monitoring record.
Septic high-water or pump-status alarms can be part of your monitoring plan. This does not replace septic maintenance.
Boiler testing is available as an add-on.
Rental properties can be watched for freeze risk while vacant, leaks between guests, no-heat or AC failure, power loss and water left running.
Whether you have one rental or several under the same owner, we review each property with you and agree on what to monitor.
We walk the property with you and decide what to monitor.
We install the hub, sensors and wiring, then start monitoring.
Every month you get a report on your systems and on the monitoring itself.
If there is an issue or problem, you are immediately notified of the error and what the problem is. 24/7 monitoring, and if chosen, automatic shut-off or automatic safety features activate.
We consult with you wherever it makes sense.
You can schedule a phone call with us after an event so that we can go over your options and the best plan of attack.
For homes that need a monthly monitoring record.
Every month, we send a report and check the monitoring system.
You can be confident our systems are working.
If a sensor stops working, we know right away - it raises the same alert as any other problem.
