Commercial Monitoring Your property. Connected.
Commercial building monitoring: seven systems, one connected view A flat-roof commercial building with rooftop air conditioning. Numbered markers show water flow and automatic shut off at the water entry, water leak alerts at floor level, heating system monitoring at the boiler, AC system monitoring, voltage or power loss at the electrical panel, an oil tank, and septic levels below ground. The matching list below names every system. Readings reach the monitoring hub, then we review them before an alert reaches your phone. FAQ

Commercial monitoring questions

What does commercial monitoring cost?

Commercial plans are Facility Watch at $149/mo plus installation, Facility Protect at $249/mo plus installation, and Critical Facility at $399/mo plus installation. We price installation after seeing your property and the systems you pick.

What does the monthly fee cover?

24/7 monitoring of the systems you chose, alert review, immediate alerts, consultation within 24 hours, and your monthly report.

How are the systems chosen?

We walk the property with you and decide what you want monitored: water flow and automatic shut off, leak alerts, heating, AC, voltage or power loss, oil tank, septic levels, or boiler testing.

Can you monitor a larger commercial or industrial water line?

We assess commercial and industrial water lines for the right monitoring and shutoff equipment. Pipework and operating requirements determine the equipment.

Is this emergency service?

No. This is a monitoring, alerting and consultation service, not an emergency service or repair contract. Repairs are quoted separately.

What happens if power or internet goes out?

The answer depends on the installed power, communications and backup arrangement. The monthly report records offline periods and missing readings.

Can you include storage tanks and septic alarms?

We can include oil-tank, water-storage, septic level, high-water, or pump-status points in the monitoring plan.

Does the monthly fee include repairs and replacement parts?

The monthly fee includes the equipment coverage stated on this page for devices we install. Repairs are quoted separately.

Can you monitor several buildings?

Yes. We can quote the buildings and systems you want covered, then define the monitoring and monthly cost before work starts.
